About the e-bike
We highly recommend this electric bike. The Giant Explore series is Norway's best-selling allround e-bike, and is a test winner at Tek.no in 2021, 2022 and 2023. The Giant Explore E+ 2 is popular due to it's consistent good quality, a comfortable seat, a strong engine of 75 Nm, and a large battery of 625 Wh. In addition, it has a beautiful design, that gives a premium impression, and makes it a good fit in the city as well as in nature.

Trial period
The trial period is 30 days from when you receive the electric bike. If you are not satisfied and wish to cancel the purchase, you send us a written message to the e-mail hei@joule.no before the trial period expires. Then we change the purchase agreement to a monthly rental, where the price is NOK 1,299. This means that you pay the additional cost of NOK 400. You can also continue to subscribe, if you wish.

Theft insurance
Theft insurance is not included in this product. We recommend that you check if your insurance covers theft of electric bicycles. If you do not have such coverage in your insurance agreement, we recommend that you rent an e-bike from us instead of buying the e-bike with partial payments.

Is service included?
One free service after 3 months is included. As the owner of the electric bicycle, you are responsible for the maintenance over time. If you want, Joule can offer you a service agreement to keep the electric bike in good condition.
Is it possible to pay for the e-bike all at once?
Yes, if you want you can pay the whole remaining payment at once.
What happens if the e-bike is stolen?
We recommend to have a private insurance that covers theft of electric bicycles.
Can I get the e-bike delivered?
In the check-out process, you can choose whether you want the electric bike delivered to your home with Wanda, or whether you want to pick it up yourself from our warehouse.
Is it a fixed or floating interest rate?
The interest rate is fixed, so you are guaranteed that the monthly amount will remain the same throughout the payment period.
